Overview Copperleaf Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced golf professionals, contribute to a premier golf experience, and develop your career in the golf industry. If you are passionate about golf, customer service, and team collaboration, we invite you to apply. Will assist the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in daily golf operations management, tournament programming, and player development programming. Experience Required Position requires
PGA/LPGA
Class A membership or Level 2+ PGM University/Associate. Minimum of 2 years of experience required, one of which is in outside golf operations. College degree or working toward college degree (Preferred). Proven record of quality customer service and communication skills. Golf Genius Proficient Experience in Club Essentials, Jonas, and Chelsea (Preferred). Essential Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of golf operations, including supervising and training of golf shop personnel. Support tournament preparations, including organization, setup, and execution with Golf Genius. Provide golf instruction and coaching to members and guests to enhance their experience. Foster positive relationships with club members and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service. Work collaboratively with other golf operations staff to maintain smooth daily operations. Perform duties with discretion and independent judgment, maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong knowledge of USGA rules, etiquette, and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise and train staff effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Honest and high level of integrity Personal and social habits outside of the job need to reflect the responsibility of the position.
