Join One of Naples' Premier Private Clubs Eagle Creek Golf & Country Club is a vibrant, member-owned private club in beautiful Naples, Florida, offering an exceptional racquet, fitness, and wellness experience. Our growing racquet program features five Har-Tru tennis courts and six Har-Tru pickleball courts, with an engaged membership that values outstanding instruction, innovative programming, and genuine hospitality. As we continue to expand our tennis and pickleball offerings, we are seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Racquet Professional who is passionate about coaching, building relationships, and creating memorable member experiences. The Opportunity This is more than a teaching position. It is an opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative, forward-thinking racquet team where your ideas, personality, and initiative are valued. You'll enjoy a healthy mix of private lessons, clinics, social events, and program development while spending the winter season in one of the most desirable club communities in Southwest Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional private, semi-private, and group instruction in tennis and pickleball.
- Lead adult clinics, leagues, round robins, social events, and special programming.
- Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that encourages member participation and retention.
- Assist with tournaments, exhibitions, member events, and seasonal activities.
- Develop meaningful relationships with members through outstanding service and professionalism.
- Actively promote lessons, clinics, and new programming opportunities.
- Support daily racquet operations, court presentation, and retail as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Racquets & Wellness to continue growing the department. Ideal Candidate
- Experienced tennis teaching professional with strong instructional skills.
- Pickleball teaching experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- USPTA, PTR, PPR, RSPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Outgoing, positive, and passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Strong communicator with a team-first attitude.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute beyond assigned teaching hours.
- Private club or resort experience is an asset. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive seasonal salary of $30,000-$40,000 based on experience.
