Job Description

Overview Finley Golf Club is seeking a motivated, service-driven Assistant Golf Professional to help lead daily operations of the golf shop and outside services team. This role is central to delivering a first-class experience for our members and guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they tee off. Experience Required
    PGA/LPGA
    member, associate, or eligible candidate preferred
    • Prior golf shop, retail, or hospitality experience
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service
    • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season hours Essential Responsibilities Golf Shop & Patron Experience
    • Manage the golf shop schedule and support event and outing needs
    • Deliver world-class customer service to members and patrons Ambassadors (Starters & Player Assistants)
    • Own the starter and player assistant schedule
    • Train and develop starters and player assistants Tee Sheet Management
    • Build out the tee sheet in advance, applying proper blocks and protocols
    • Prepare weekly tee sheet reports and manage blocks for events and outings Merchandising & Retail
    • Inventory incoming merchandise and maintain a clean, organized receiving area
    • Ensure merchandise is restocked promptly and shop presentation stays sharp
    • Prepare periodic merchandise reports and run day-to-day golf shop sales
