What we look for: Cookie Fix bakers are one of a kind! At Cookie Fix we are looking for driven, hard working, and talented bakers. Our bakers are the backbone to our customers coming back again and spreading the joy of Cookie Fix! Not only do they need to be experienced bakers, but personable and good communicators. Although their position is Baker, they will still be required to interact with customers, other employees, and managers. They will need to be willing to work hours that are changeable.

Responsibilities:

Although many team members will be assigned to a specific station or stations on a particular day, most team members will be required to perform a variety of jobs or tasks in the bakery. You will be provided with training with respect to all the functions of your job.

Responsible for:

Opening bakery Daily baking for store, replenishment and orders Taking orders in store and over phone Communication of needs to manager Inventory of dough Inventory of all ingredients and materials needed Communication regarding catering orders Preparing dough for next day Preparing special items for next day Preparing orders for next day Communicating to opening baker of orders or special items Closing and cleaning: wash dishes, clean counters and work tables,wipe down all equipment, and sweep and mop floors. Daily Operations Task List Work "front of house" if needed Oversee order planning and completion for large future orders

Pay:

From $13.00 per hour
