The ideal candidate will have:

1 to 2 years of baking experience Familiarity with bakery equipment A valid food handler's card Safety awareness, with a focus on cleanliness and organization A sense of urgency Knowledge of bread-making or baking processes We do prefer prior experience, but we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
