The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a focus on baking and pastry arts. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in the kitchen.

Job Type Part-time:

Daytime / Nighttime / Overnight Duties Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and guidance from the chef. Ensure all food preparation meets safety and quality standards by adhering to food safety regulations. Measure and mix ingredients accurately using appropriate baking techniques. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other baking tools safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation. Requirements Required Experience：minimum 2 years or + experience at the bakery that makes bread from scratch. Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within the food industry, with specific experience in baking preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with various baking methods and pastry techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent usage of culinary utensils for precise ingredient preparation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to continually learn and grow within the field. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
