This Jon require to start at 1am Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to established recipes and standards Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, incorporating cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or wholesale distribution, ensuring product integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ingredient quality to ensure consistency in every batch Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various baked goods Support food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination during production Qualifications Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on baked goods production Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience with food industry equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels Prior experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus but not required Join us as a Night Baker and bring your culinary talents to life in a fast-paced, creative environment.
