Bakers:

Since Crumbl first opened in Logan, UT in 2017, the franchise has expanded to over 500 locations in many different states. Each continues to spread warm, fresh, delicious cookies to Crumblers everywhere. We are looking to hire Bakers for our San Marcos Location. College students, entry level seekers, pastry & cafe enthusiasts are also encouraged to apply!

Baker Pay:

$16.90-19/hour Baker -

Job Description:

Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying finished products Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service Baker -

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Big smiles and happy attitudes Early Morning, Afternoon and Night positions available!

This position offers:

Flexible Schedules Tip pay Raises based on performance We're looking for a passionate and experienced Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for the daily preparation of multiple Cookies, and the successful candidate will be familiar with high-volume baking situations. This job requires organizational skills, the ability to interact constructively with co-workers and excellent time management skills. We're looking for an individual with a high level of committment and motivation to join our growing team.
