Responsibilities Design, Bake and decorate custom cakes, cup cakes, pastries, and other deserts according to customer specifications and company standards Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icing with precision, adhering to established recipes and food safety guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knife tools, and decorating tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food handling protocols Package finished products carefully for delivery or display, ensuring presentation quality and product integrity Collaborate with team members to meet high-volume production demands while maintaining consistency and quality Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies, ingredients, packaging materials, and restocking as needed Experience Proven pastry or bakery experience with a strong focus on cake decorating and food preparation Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments within the food industry Skilled in using kitchen equipment safely and effectively for baking, dough preparation, and cake decoration Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards Strong basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Excellent customer service skills to understand client needs and translate them into beautiful edible designs Previous catering or large-scale food production experience is a plus for managing multiple orders simultaneously Join us in creating stunning baked goods that bring joy to every celebration!
