PASTRY CHEF / BAKER

We are looking for folks with strong motivation, open-mindedness, great attitude, and experience in baking. The right candidate should work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure production is completed. •Viennoiserie experience is A PLUS• We can teach you everything else!

YOUR DAY AT LAGNIAPPE

Make sure all products are of the best quality; we only work with high-quality ingredients and it is your job to notice the details. Baking and pastry production following our recipes - cakes, pastry fillings, tarts, cookies, buttercreams, etc. Consistent communication with the front-of-house team and other colleagues. Keeping the environment around you clean and safe. Keeping track of the stock and informing the right colleagues if anything is low/missing. Being part of creating a safe and pleasant environment for the team - we will spend a lot of time •closely• together!
