We're looking for a skilled pie and pastry baker who takes pride in consistency, quality, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery. What You'll Do Prepare from-scratch pies, fruit fillings, crusts, and dessert bars Work with doughs for items like strudels, butterhorns, and pastries Follow and adjust recipes based on daily production needs Use commercial bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and pie presses Slice, package and prepare finished items for guest sale.
