Cake Decorator Salary:

Starting $14.00 - $18.00 per hour including tips, raises after training.

Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our Cold Stone Creamery location in St. Cloud, MN. This job involves delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of ice cream products, including cones, sundaes, cakes, cupcakes, and ice cream sandwiches. Team members help create a fun and welcoming environment for guests, maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, and work closely with others to support smooth daily operations. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to build valuable skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality ice cream products such as cones, sundaes, and specialty desserts Assist with cake decorating, cupcake creation, and assembling ice cream sandwiches Engage with customers in a friendly manner to help create an enjoyable experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas Work with team members to support daily store operations Follow safety standards and store policies at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food service is preferred but not required Cake decorating skills are a plus Reliable transportation is needed to support punctuality Flexibility with scheduling is a plus Strong teamwork and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and dependable approach to customer service Immediate openings are available for morning and daytime shifts starting at 10
