Artisan Bread Baker

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food production and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, a variety of breads while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. •Experience not required• Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of breads. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. Utilize proper food handling techniques to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Package finished products for display or catering orders. Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, including equipment and tools. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and offerings. Skills Experience in catering or large-scale food production is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry. Proficiency in baking techniques, including pastry preparation is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in recipe development.
