This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning August 2026. Starting wage for this role is $17.50/hour. Staff accommodation is available. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and bake products for the dining room, employee dining room, and coffee shop. Create and assist with pastry and dessert features for the dining room and bar. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all baking, preparation, and storage areas. Inspect equipment and work areas for safety or maintenance concerns and report issues to the supervisor. Assist with food preparation and room setup for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets as needed. Provide exceptional service and support to guests and team members. Support kitchen operations by performing a variety of tasks and collaborating across teams as required. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of baking or pastry production experience required. Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or related training is considered an asset. Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and waste management practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering a quality guest experience.
