This is a full-time, seasonal role ending October 2026. The starting wage for this role is $20.00. Staff accommodation is available. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards. Set up, stock, and maintain prep and line stations for efficient service. Support banquet, wedding, and special event food production as needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including the dish machine when required. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with all food safety and sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed. Support daily kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned What skills and experience do you need for this job? Minimum 2 years of hot line experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
