Job Description
Experienced French Pastry Baker - Full-Time L'Insolent Coffee & Bakery - Hillsdale, NJ L'Insolent Coffee & Bakery is seeking an experienced French Pastry Baker to join our bakery team full-time. Schedule 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM daily Approximately 30 hours per week , with the opportunity for additional hours depending on production needs. Responsibilities Prepare and bake high-quality French pastries from scratch Work with laminated doughs and traditional French pastry techniques Produce croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, puff pastry items, and other specialty pastries Prepare doughs, fillings, creams, and other components Proof, shape, bake, and finish pastries consistently Follow established recipes and production standards Maintain excellent quality, presentation, and consistency Keep the bakery and workstations clean and organized Complete daily production efficiently before opening Requirements Previous professional bakery or pastry experience is
