Our ideal candidate has experience working with fondant and is capable of altering the appearance of a cake effectively. The successful candidate is also comfortable making specialty cakes on site, as well as working with large quantities of eggs, flour, sugar and other baking supplies. Candidates must be comfortable following detailed instructions, handling large volumes of ingredients and interacting with the general public.

Responsibilities:

Create fillings and icings Decorate cakes with a pastry bag. Be comfortable working with royal icing. Be able to create new cake designs. Be efficient with a pastry bag.

$16.00 - $17.25 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 35.0 per week
