We will train on our techniques and recipes, but we are looking for applicants with 2+ years prior experience in commercial from-scratch baking, following specific recipes and methods in yeasted doughs, cakes, custards, pies, laminated pastries and other confections (macarons, pate a choux, etc). Though prior commercial experience is required, we are excited to invest in the right candidate who has a general versatility, baking knowledge and willingness to learn. A pastry degree would be beneficial but is not a requirement. Pay starts at $19/hour (commensurate with experience), plus your share of tips. We look forward to reviewing your resume!
