What You'll Do:

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and standardsManage dough preparation, fermentation, and baking schedulesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipmentMonitor product quality and ensure consistency across all itemsWork collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goalsBe available for weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled
