Bakery Assistant Manager

Papa Haydn East, a well-established, Family owned, busy neighborhood restaurant is looking for a Bakery Assistant Manager. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in restaurants and have open availability. Candidate will exhibit a strong passion for the industry. We are looking for someone that has a positive approach to management while constantly re-evaluating business practices for any possible improvements. The responsibilities of a Bakery Assistant Manager

• Responsible for training, supervising the team, scheduling, and hiring. Ensuring standards are kept and are consistent
• Creating production lists every morning that accommodates special orders/wholesale/ and supplying desserts to 2 locations. Always staying ahead
• Additional help with bakery production (decorate cakes, make fillings/frostings, mousse, etc.
• Comfortable communicating with Managers, Front of house and Back of house, Pastry Techs, Delivery Driver, and Vendors.

Hours average between 40-45hr/weekStarting Salary is $60,000. Benefits offered are as follows
