About Us:

At A&M Sweets, we are a twin-owned business dedicated to crafting homemade breads and sweet treats. We currently serve one of the largest coffee chains in Oregon and strive to create a memorable experience through our exceptional products and customer service :) However we will be transitioning to more retail focused operations soon.

Position:

Bakery Team Member Hours:

Part-time position, with possibility for more hours

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging :

Hand slicing and packaging our product Boxing up product for weekly orders. Help facilitate weekly orders Organize inventory Operate kitchen equipment; bread sealer Maintain a fast-paced workflow with a sense of urgency Set up and close workstations, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist Bakers with any baking, prep and kitchen operations when needed Perform kitchen cleaning duties and dishwashing. Assist with overlapping packaging and kitchen prep tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum Age:

18 years old. (No exceptions due to kitchen equipment)

Availability:

Early morning shifts from Monday to Friday (starting at 6 am) . Weekend availability is a plus

Physical Stamina:

Ability to be on your feet all day and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Team Player:

Works well with others and takes direction easily.

Self-Motivation:

Ability to work independently with good time management.

Adaptability:

Willingness to wear many hats and assist wherever needed.

Food Safety Knowledge:

Understanding of food safety and handling standards.

Basic Math Skills:
