Position Summary:

Responsible for baking in a food service establishment. Ensures that the products produced, meet the quality standards established by the company and General Manager. This position is Monday-Friday 5am- 12pm. Tasks 1. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures 2. Prepares and bakes approx. 10 items per shift, pies, cakes, cookies, and other desserts 3. prepares garnishes for vegetable station items 4. Maintain a sanitary workplace 5. Package orders 6. Take orders from stores 7. Prep work

Skills:

1. experience as a Baker 2. Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment 3.Understanding of food safety practices 4. Time-Management skills 5. Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

Physical:

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees. must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight. Must be able to read and follow written instructions.

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
