We are seeking someone who is passionate about baking, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Read and accurately follow recipes and production instructions. Measure, mix, shape, proof, and bake products according to company standards. Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations. Monitor product quality and ensure consistency. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with daily preparation, inventory, and other bakery duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a baker is required. Ability to read and follow recipes accurately. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team. Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
