Le Croissant is an Americanized French bakery in downtown Logan, Utah with a focus on local and quality. We are committed to producing all our products from scratch and using locally-milled, certified organic flour. We currently wholesale our artisan bread and pastries through partnerships with local businesses, and sell direct-to-consumer at our retail location, through special orders, and at the Cache Valley Gardeners' Market. As a small business met with great community support, we are growing fast and change is a constant. We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working teammate to add to our bakery team. This person will bake and garnish artisan pastries and bread, conduct daily cleaning, and work efficiently to achieve the day's production needs with a skilled team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bakery or food service, have the stamina to work all day on their feet, like learning, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prepare, bake, and garnish a variety of pastries according to established recipes
• Fill orders for wholesale customers and pre-orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain food safety

We work hard, hustle, eat well, and have fun. Our operation is growing quickly and there is opportunity to learn and grow (in skill, and in wages) with Le Croissant. Shifts are generally scheduled 4am-12pm. with some earlier morning starts for special events and some later starts for large prep/forming days. Ideal candidates are available weekends (including Sundays), and are looking for 32-34 hours per week.
