Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and beverage service stations Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling and preparation procedures Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service experience preferred, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation and serving techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and beverage service is a plus Embark on a dynamic career where your energy fuels our café's vibrant atmosphere!
