Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions with precision, process payments securely, and give correct change using basic math skills. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling snacks or light food items while following proper food handling procedures. Requirements Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Ability to handle cash accurately and process transactions efficiently using basic math skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and food prep.
