Are you passionate about seasonal food and exceptional customer service? We're looking for a distinct professional to join our staff at Arizona's "Hidden Gem", Morning Glory Cafe. This is a very popular and busy breakfast restaurant in a most unique setting. You will be serving the freshest possible vegetables from our very own "Soil and Seed" gardens, just steps away from our kitchen. The Farm is a fast-paced and vibrant property and we are looking for candidates that have the same qualities. Part-time position available! ( around 20 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as business grows) Weekend availability required! Doing:

Warmly greet every guest with eye contact and a smile Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations Communicate with the FOH Manager to ensure customers satisfaction Maintain an excellent atmosphere for coworkers and guests alike Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea and other beverages Operate and maintain Italian Espresso machine and coffee equipment Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked coffee station Follow recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistency Check guests identification to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages Opening and closing duties Qualifications Candidate must be customer service oriented and friendly. He/she must be willing to learn our Farm concept and counter service Previous barista experience is required Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency Ability to work in a team environment Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shift Benefits (Full Time Employees):
