Position:

Bartender/Barista We are seeking a talented, creative, and hospitality-driven Bartender/Barista to join our opening team in San Diego. In this role, you'll craft thoughtful cocktails and beverages that complement our Filipino and Asian-inspired menu—offering guests a unique and memorable drinking experience. What You'll Do Create signature cocktails and mocktails that highlight Filipino and Asian flavors Operate espresso machine to create signature cafe products Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest at the bar Provide recommendations and pairings that enhance the dining experience Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar at all times Stay current with trends in mixology, especially those influenced by Asian and global cuisine Monitor inventory and assist with bar supply ordering Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting 1+ years of experience as a barista in a restaurant or cafe setting A passion for mixology and experimenting with new ingredients and techniques Interest or familiarity with Filipino and Asian flavors—willingness to learn is key Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Join us as we bring a piece of the Philippines to San Diego—and help us become a new local favorite. and be part of something special.
