Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make espresso and non-espresso based beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed
• Handle credit card transactions and operate the register
• Follow food safety guidelines for handling and pastries and baked goods
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Skills:

• STRONG customer service and communicationto skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Ability to handle food items following proper handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer demands
• Proficiency in making various types of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages
• MUST be willing to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of retail math for transaction handling purposes
• Must be responsible, organized, and be able to work under pressure and fast paced enviornment
• Need to be able to multi-task and prioritize
