Flexible scheduling available Job Summary Juice n' Bowls is hiring dependable and energetic Team Members to join our team. We are a fast-paced, health-focused shop serving fresh acai bowls, smoothies, juices, oatmeal, toasts, and more. We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, staying active, and being part of a team that values quality, cleanliness, and great service. As a Team Member, you'll be trained in all areas of the shop. This includes taking customer orders, learning our Square POS system , preparing fresh ingredients, making menu items, restocking supplies, and helping keep the entire store clean and organized. We're looking for team members who bring a positive attitude, work with urgency, follow directions, and most importantly, can be counted on to show up for their scheduled shifts. Responsibilities Provide friendly, energetic, and professional customer service Welcome customers and create a positive experience from start to finish Learn and operate the Square POS system accurately Take customer orders and process payments Learn to prepare all Juice n' Bowls menu items, including: Acai bowls Smoothies Fresh juices Oatmeal Toasts Toppings and other menu ingredients Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Complete assigned prep and stocking shifts Wash, cut, portion, and prepare fruits, vegetables, toppings, and other ingredients accurately Restock ingredients, cups, utensils, packaging, and other supplies as needed Work efficiently and maintain accuracy during busy periods Keep workstations and food-preparation areas clean and organized Complete daily cleaning and deep-cleaning responsibilities throughout the store Clean equipment, dishes, counters, floors, storage areas, customer areas, and prep spaces as assigned Follow all food-safety, sanitation, grooming, and health-code standards Communicate respectfully with managers and fellow Team Members Help coworkers and support the team wherever needed Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift RequirementsReliability and Attendance Are Essential Every Team Member plays an important role in keeping the shop operating smoothly. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position.
