We are looking for three people to build this store from scratch. If you are hired, you will receive your US salary as is, and first at the Korean headquarters training and work for approximately 180 days . ■ Recruitment Divisions 1) Store General Manager (Barista Part) — 2 people Annual salary $75,000 ~ $95,000 (negotiable based on experience) Preference given to candidates with 3+ years of experience as a specialty coffee shop manager or supervisor. 2) Bakery Manager (Head Baker / Pastry ) — 1 person Annual salary $72,000 ~ $90,000 (negotiable based on experience) Preference given to those with 3+ years of experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Sous Chef. ■ Why This Recruitment Is Special- You will receive your full U.S. salary during the training period. It will not be reduced.
- Accommodation in Korea, company vehicle, round-trip airfare, and visa costs are fully covered by the company.
- Busan Gijang Main Branch → Roasting Factory → Dessert Factory → Seoul Sinsa Lounge (Business trips to Tokyo and Singapore if necessary) You learn the entire process firsthand through rotation.
- When you return, it is you who will open the LA store.

- Work-ready Korean (Training is conducted in Korean, and you collaborate daily with Korean field personnel.)
