Job Description - Full Time 30-40 hours/Week We are looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Boba Tea Baristas to join our team. The barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality tea and other specialty drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring every drink meets our standards. This job is located in Sawtelle, Japantown, Los Angeles. Responsibilities Greet customers, take orders, and process transactions accurately. Prepare specialty drinks according to recipes. Cook and prepare toppings consistently and safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and dining space. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties. Skills & Requirements Previous customer service or food/beverage experience preferred (but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings. Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and dependable. Must be available and able to work shifts between 11:30am - 5:30pm or 5:30 pm - 11pm/12am only as these are our opening hours. Preferred Qualities Passion for tea and Asian-inspired beverages. Creative mindset and willingness to learn new recipes. Prior barista, cafe, or restaurant experience is a plus. Additional Language Capabilities (prefered but not required):
