We are looking for experienced, positive, reliable, and energetic baristas who enjoy connecting with people and working in a fast-paced café environment. This is more than just making coffee—it's about creating a warm and welcoming experience. From greeting guests with the Aloha spirit to crafting beautiful drinks, you'll help make Kona Loa a place customers love to come back to. What You'll Do Craft espresso and specialty drinks with care and consistency Greet guests warmly and recommend drinks based on their preferences Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked Work closely with your team during busy shifts Follow recipes and quality standards Assist with opening, closing, and daily prep What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee shop experience required Minimum 1 year of experience dialing in and operating a commercial espresso machine required Minimum 1 year of latte art experience required Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends Basic POS and math skills preferred Food Handler Certification (required) Authorized to work in the U.S.
