Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, while efficiently taking customer orders and cashiering Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and quality standards Collaborate with team members to uphold Kona Loa's brand image and values Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
