We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee, hospitality, and providing an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, upscale café environment. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist guests with pastry selections and retail purchases. Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous barista experience is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
