THE ROLE
Baristas at Ohm are responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences at speed. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in craft, move with urgency, and want to grow into leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Customer Experience Deliver warm, confident, and efficient service every shift Build relationships with regulars and community members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace Product Execution Prepare drinks to exact standards (espresso, milk, recipes) Maintain consistency and quality under pressure Develop coffee knowledge and menu familiarity Practice and develop latte art Operations Support Assist with setup and breakdown of the coffee truck, cafe's and/or event equipment Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking Support team flow during high-volume service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
6+ months specialty coffee OR 1+ year customer service experience Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Positive, coachable, team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age: 16+ Flexible availability (weekends, early mornings, events) Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
GROWTH PATH
Barista → Lead Barista → Shift Supervisor → Assistant Manager
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Maintain speed and workflow efficiency Execute drinks to SOP standards Contribute to team energy and accountability

From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 24.0 per week
