Job Description
Job Summary Boba Barista (Part-Time/Full-Time) We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to join our boba shop!
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous boba or drink-making experience preferred.
- Friendly, positive, and always smiling.
- Polite with excellent customer service.
- Good memory and able to learn recipes quickly.
- Clean, organized, and able to keep the work area tidy.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to clean, restock, and help with opening and closing duties.
- Able to follow recipes and maintain drink quality.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Available to work weekends.
- Always looks for things to do when it's slow.
- Able to refill syrups and other supplies as needed.
- Willing to clean the restroom and maintain cleanliness throughout the shop.
- Able to prep ingredients and other necessary items.
- Strong multitasking skills.
