Kean Coffee is looking for a few coffee loving candidates for barista positions! Kean Coffee is an award winning, established artisan coffee roaster owned by Martin and Karen Diedrich with a large and loyal following of regular guests who highly value our friendly and welcoming atmosphere and excellent coffee. Coffee/barista experience is preferred, but if you are cheerful, motivated, a fast learner and excellent multi-tasker, coffee experience is not necessary as we will train you. We do ask that you be a great team player, and have a genuine interest in learning about coffee and providing an amazing experience for our coffeehouse guests. Part time and Full time positions available, but must be able to work at least 20-30 hours a week, and

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Opportunities for advancement are available for strong performers. Starting wage for new trainees is $16.90/hr plus tips and pay will increase with skill development. Experienced baristas may start at a higher base wage depending on level of experience. Shift lead opportunities may be available for those with strong leadership skills. Benefits include group health insurance for employees averaging 30+ hours a week, and employee discounts.
