We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bobarista to join our team. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a love for boba, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and excel at delivering top-notch service, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including bubble tea, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an outstanding experience
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire store
- Handle cash transactions using cash registers with precision
- Uphold food safety standards during food preparation
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in operating POS systems like Toast POS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
