A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.
Barista Eddy's Marketplace | Aspen, CO As a Barista, you will be one of the first faces our guests see and play an essential role in creating a welcoming marketplace experience. You will prepare handcrafted espresso beverages, provide exceptional guest service, support daily marketplace operations, maintain a clean and organized café environment, stock and merchandise retail products, refresh grab-and-go displays, and ensure every guest receives a thoughtful and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality espresso beverages, coffee, and specialty drinks according to recipes and standards Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every guest Operate POS systems and accurately process guest orders and payments Assist guests throughout the marketplace, answering questions and providing product recommendations Maintain attractive grab-and-go displays with proper stocking, rotation, and presentation Stock, merchandise, and organize retail products and café supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and guest-facing spaces Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational standards Support opening, closing, and daily café operations in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to create a positive guest experience
Ideal Candidate:
