Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/Cashier to join our team in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm for coffee and customer service will help foster a welcoming café environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing customer transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including equipment, counters, and seating areas. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Help manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Requirements Must have weekend availability ( a typical shift is 6am - 2pm) Barista Experience preferred Previous experience in customer service / food service setting preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
