As our barista manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a coffee shop, managing and training the barista staff, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of quality in all beverages served. You're leadership will help drive our coffee shop's success.

Responsibilities:

Manage, train and mentor barista staff to ensure consistent quality service Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies Handle customers questions, feedback, and complaints professionally Receive and process customer payments. Prepares and serves hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies or fresh juices Cut fruits and vegetables for juicing Receive and process customer payments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-pace environment and handle high pressure situations Strong organizational and time management skills Passion for coffee Flexible availability, including working weekends and holidays Available between 6am-5pm If you are an experienced barista with a positive attitude and good work ethic, we would love the hear from you.
