Open availability required within these hours, including weekends Fast-paced environment with constant movement and guest interaction — looking for people who can move with urgency and stay positive under pressure. About Egg Bar Egg Bar is a high-volume breakfast concept built on speed, consistency, and great guest experience . Our entire operation is open — guests can see you while you work , whether you're preparing food or making coffee. This is a high-energy, performance-driven environment where attitude and execution both matter. What Experience Translates Well We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments , such as: Restaurants, cafes, or coffee shops High-volume brunch or fast-casual concepts Retail sales roles in high-service environments (Sephora, Lululemon, Apple, Nordstrom, etc.) If you're used to being on your feet, moving quickly, and interacting with customers all shift , you'll likely do very well here. Positions Available You will be hired into one of the following areas based on your experience and strengths: Food Preparation & Service (Cooking Line) Preparing and cooking food across multiple stations Working quickly and accurately during busy rushes Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized Supporting the team to keep service moving Coffee & Guest Service (Barista) Preparing coffee and beverages quickly and consistently Maintaining a clean and organized station Interacting with guests in a positive, upbeat way Keeping energy high during peak hours What We're Looking For We are hiring people who: Work with urgency and purpose Maintain a consistently positive attitude Stay engaged and focused throughout their shift Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Are reliable and team-oriented Take pride in doing things the right way, every time Requirements (Must Meet All) Reliable transportation Open availability between 8 AM- 4 PM, including weekends Ability to work on your feet for full shifts
