Host / Barista / Food Runner | The Copperfield - Chaska, MN $12 - $18 / Hour The Copperfield is hiring Front-of-House Team Members for our brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and help create one of Chaska's newest dining destinations. At The Copperfield, guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. In addition to our restaurant and bar, The Copperfield features a coffee counter and grab-and-go market located right at the entrance of the restaurant alongside the host stand. Because of this unique setup, team members in this role will be cross-trained as Hosts, Baristas, and Food Runners to help support the guest experience throughout the restaurant. We're looking for friendly, energetic, hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are willing to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist guests while managing waitlists and seating Prepare coffee, espresso, and grab-and-go orders Deliver food quickly and accurately while supporting smooth service Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house areas Support the team with bussing, resetting tables, and assisting where needed
