Weekend availability required Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Operate Toast POS system to process sales accurately and efficiently Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and standards Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food orders with precision and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including assembling ingredients for beverages and light snacks Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required; a passion for coffee is a plus!
