This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning July 2026. Role & Responsibilities As a Barista, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for every guest by delivering outstanding service and high-quality products. Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards Provide friendly, prompt, and memorable customer service with a guest-first mindset Assist guests with beverage selections and product recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment Follow company recipes, quality standards, and health and safety procedures Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations Required Skills & Qualifications Previous café, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to a team environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, adaptable, and dependable
