Thi s is a full-time, year-round position beginning September 2026. Role & Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas. Respond to maintenance requests and assist with preventative maintenance programs. Support upkeep of hotel facilities, grounds, and seasonal maintenance needs, including snow removal and landscaping. Conduct property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns. Interact professionally with guests and team members while delivering excellent service. Follow all safety procedures and assist other departments as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance or trade experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license required. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials and equipment.
