What You'll Do:

Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Assist customers with book recommendations and purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Restock books, merchandise, and café supplies Support events, book clubs, and community gatherings Provide friendly, efficient customer service during both busy and quiet shifts Work as part of a team to keep the shop running smoothly Qualifications A genuine love of books and reading Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced café environment Dependability and willingness to take initiative Weekend availability is required Coffee shop, retail, or bookstore experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
