The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, preparing a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves processing transactions, preparing non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring food safety standards are met. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a love for coffee and healthy snacks, we encourage you to apply. Duties Process cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including smoothies, juices, and coffee drinks. Handle food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery. Skills Previous experience in coffee or beverage preparation is preferred. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic cleaning and organizational skills.
