In Person Join the Glaze Donuts Team Glaze Donuts is looking for experienced, friendly, and dependable Baristas to join our team at our New Milford, West Caldwell, and Nutley locations. We are looking for individuals who want a stable, long-term position and are interested in growing with the company. This is not a seasonal position , and we are prioritizing candidates who can maintain consistent availability throughout the year. Candidates should already be comfortable working in a coffee shop or café environment, preparing espresso-based beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and staying organized during busy and slower periods. Glaze Donuts provides training on our specific recipes, products, service standards, and store procedures so every team member is prepared to provide a consistent experience for our customers. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, refreshers, and other beverages Steam and texture milk properly Follow Glaze recipes and beverage standards Serve donuts, pastries, breakfast items, and other menu products Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Clean and maintain beverage stations and equipment Restock products and supplies throughout the shift Keep displays clean and presentable Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Complete opening, closing, and daily responsibilities Stay productive and organized without constant supervision Assist with inventory and general store organization Represent Glaze Donuts with professionalism and hospitality Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1 year of barista experience required Experience preparing espresso-based beverages Comfortable using an espresso machine Strong customer-service and communication skills Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Reliable, punctual, and responsible Consistent year-round availability Able to work independently when needed Strong attention to detail Able to follow recipes and company procedures Positive attitude and willingness to learn Open to coaching and feedback Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Authorized to work in the United States Candidates who are occasionally available to assist at another Glaze Donuts location are a plus, but this is not required.
